The Renault Clio is a small car made with a variety of bodies. The Clio has always been highly praised by critics and has consistently been among the best-selling cars in Europe. For the most part, it is this car to be thanked by Renault for rescuing them after a very unsuccessful second half of the 1980s. The new second-generation Clio had a much rounder, bulging design. Some non-standard materials were also used in the production of the Clio - for example, the front fenders were made of plastic and the bonnet in some versions was made of aluminum. In 1999, Renault introduced the most powerful version of the Clio RS with a 2.0 L 16-valve engine and 169 hp (124 kW), and a maximum speed of 220 km / h. This car was perfectly manageable. As if that weren't enough, a radically different, extremely rare version called the Clio V6 Renault Sport was produced. This mini car was powered by rear wheels with a huge 3.0 L V6 engine mounted in the middle (behind the front seats), 230 hp (170 kW) and reaching a speed of 235 km / h. The car was designed by F1 specialist Tom Walkinshaw Racing Company.
