Can a civilized SUV still be a well-known Wrangler for everyone? Yes, this new generation can prove it. This is a brand new model with both two and four door bodies. The Wrangler has become significantly larger - with a 50.8 mm longer wheelbase, 86.4 mm wider wheelbase, although the two-door model has actually become even slightly shorter than its predecessor. Some Wrangler enthusiasts have condemned these changes, arguing that they do not fit the true character of Wrangler. They said it is too big to be an efficient off-road vehicle. Koger's response was prompted by the fact that the Jeep company released far fewer "jeep" Compass and Patriot models. Yes, the new Wrangler has become more civilized - got a navigation system, stability control system, ABS, traction control system with electronically limited differential. The engine, transmission, brakes are computer controlled and this is news for this SUV. For the first time, the Wrangler received new taillights. Still, the door can be removed as before, the roof is dismantled, and the passability is the best of all SUVs, and it can also break through large braces thanks to the high clearance that remains.
