Infiniti QX56, 2010 - present
The new Infiniti QX56 is essentially another branded and somewhat modified brother of the recently introduced Nissan Patrol. Compared to its predecessor, the new QX is longer and wider. Don't miss the strange look of the Infiniti QX56 - the rounded lines don't fit in with the bulky dimensions. Infiniti designers have obviously tried to combine the rough design of the previous QX56 with the style of “muscular” lines promoted by Infiniti, which goes well with sporty coupes and sedans. Whether this worked will have to be decided by car buyers. The new Infiniti QX56 is powered by the same engine as the new Nissan Patrol. Underneath the hood is a 5.6 L 400 hp V8 engine that achieves a maximum torque of 560 Nm. Both front and rear use a two-link suspension, and the all-wheel-drive system has four modes for rock climbing, driving through snow, sand or dirt. In the QX cabin we will find a range of comfort equipment already seen in the new Infiniti M model: four-zone climate control, Bose 2-channel, 13-speaker premium sound system, automatic trunk opening / closing function, Infiniti Intuitive Park Assist parking system with 180-degree video camera, a beverage cooling system for all passengers, automatic control of the second and even third row seats, a 7-inch DVD system for the rear seat occupants, and many other equipment necessary for a luxury SUV.
