Infiniti Q30, 2016 - 2019
The Infiniti Q30 is a unique car for Infiniti - a representative of the compact class, whose direct competitors are Audi A3, Mercedes-Benz Class A and BMW 1 Series. However, the Q30 has a slightly higher ground clearance thanks to what is very close to mini crossovers such as the GLA-class Mercedes-Benz, although another Infiniti model, the QX30, is designed to compete with the latter. Those who do not like the raised Infiniti Q30 - there is also a Sport version, which is 15 mm lower and closer to conventional hatchbacks. So Infiniti has finally introduced a small brand representative to help conquer the increasingly invincible European market. The puppy's design is very reminiscent of the mid-range sedan's Q50, only this newcomer to Infiniti is even more expressive - the sculptural lines are even deeper, with a particularly highlighted line running from the hood through the sides of the car to the rear wing. Also, there is a strong emphasis on the chrome strip around the side windows with the curvature behind the rear side windows characteristic of the new Infiniti models. In a word, the work of Q30 designers can be appreciated with abundant applause. On the road, the Infiniti Q30 is a bit disappointing - the car's behavior is far from reminiscent of dynamic design. Although the hatchback is comfortable and quiet, but lacks stability, the steering is also inaccurate. Therefore, the Infiniti Q30 cannot be compared to the competitors listed above in these parameters. Inside, the car is not as expressive as the outside, the styling can be described as modest, especially considering the very bold designs of other Infiniti. But inside, it still feels like it is a representative of the premium class - the materials used are of high quality, although it is easy to find hard, cheaper plastic places. The Infiniti Q30 is a car with enough space - enough space for adults in the rear seats. The luggage compartment, although not very large, is comfortable - it opens wide, the door is high. Just how awkward is the high luggage compartment threshold.
