Hyundai Accent 2006 - 2011Hyundai Accent 2006 - 2011Hyundai Accent 2006 - 2011Hyundai Accent 2006 - 2011
In 2005, the second generation Accent was introduced. New design, larger interior and CVVT engines are what must attract the buyer. The Accent became the third best-selling car in its class in the United States, behind only the Chevrolet Aveo and Toyota Yaris. In Europe, the model was introduced as a "temporary" model - with Accent, it was planned to fill the gap between other Hyundai models before a completely new small family car appeared in 2007. This new car is a Hyundai i30 standing in the range between the Accent and the Elantra. The name change means that the i30 model is to be distinguished from the Accent, which has always had a reputation as an economy car. At the same time, it is important to emphasize that the new i30 can actually compete in the small family car market in Europe, as the Accent was a little too small for this segment and the Elantra too big.
