This is a best selling Ford pickup. Buyers can choose options with rear wheels or all-wheel drive. The new SUV still has sluggish acceleration and poor fuel economy - these are the main complaints, and some drivers had problems with the 4WD system. However, the Ford F-150 receives top marks for its durability, solid structure and 5-star safety ratings, in addition to its spacious interior.
