The Fiat Freemont is a mid-range CUV that is produced as a clone of the Dodge Journey. The cars differ in suspension adjustment and slight design differences. Freemont amends previous Fiat models Ulysse and Croma. The car is aimed at Ford S-MAX buyers - it combines the features of a crossover and a seven-seater. Inside the Freemont is spacious, the middle seats fold in a ratio of 60/40, the seats can be pushed back and forth. The car has many different storage compartments and there is enough space in the rear seats even for an adult. The interior of the Freemont is perfectly planned, everything can be folded into a flat surface - even the front seats to carry long loads. However, Freemont doesn’t like to be pressurized when cornering - the car tends to tip, the steering wheel doesn’t have good feedback. The car is equipped with two Fiat turbodiesel engines: 140 hp (103 kW) and 2.0 L Multijet 170 hp (125 kW). A version with all-wheel drive is also available.
