While the i3 is unlike anything else seen on the road, it is definitely a BMW - the front features a traditional company grille, and the extravagant body lines also don't stray from the BMW style. The body is painted in several colors - whatever you choose, the hood of the car will be painted in another contrasting color. This small BMW with fully charged batteries can cover a distance of 130 to 160 kilometers, depending on driving conditions. However, there is a version with a motorcycle engine (34 hp, 2-cylinder) that charges the batteries - this model can cover twice the distance mentioned. The car is also extremely light (even 300 kg lighter than the Nissan LEAF) thanks to the aluminum and carbon fiber parts used in the bodywork. Although the BMW i3 is the smallest car in the BMW range, its relatively low weight of 1,195 kg and 170 hp and 250 Nm make it quite dynamic. The i3 reaches a speed of 100 km / h in just 7.2 seconds. The maximum speed is limited to a solid 150 km / h. Despite its compact dimensions, the interior of the BMW i3 is surprisingly spacious. The interior of the model is as unusual as its exterior - the amount of equipment at the front is reduced to a minimum, so there is plenty of space that is not obscured by two LCD screens. The transmission control is mounted on top of the steering wheel and the door windows do not have an upper frame. On the road, the i3 once again reminds you that it is a real BMW product - rear-wheel drive, low center of gravity, and an ideal 50:50 weight distribution allow both axles to handle sharp turns quite dynamically. The luggage compartment is quite high (since the batteries are mounted at the bottom), but not very small - it reaches 260 liters and can be increased to 1100 liters.
